Owner and Founder
CHRIS LOCKE
I have an entrepreneurial spirit and have started and owned several very successful businesses. Starting this business in 1999 at the age of 17 and then another venture when I was 19 that I ran until becoming a police officer at 23 for the last 17 years.

This business is my passion and something that I really love doing. Connecting with customers and making their lives easier, the projects run smoother, letting them feel safe and secure that I am looking after their property makes the job so enjoyable to me. I stepped away from my career in law enforcement to be more flexible to be there for my two children (John 7 and Hannah 6) and owning/operating this business has allowed me to coach their sports teams, be present for them, and a steadfast cheerleader for them. None of that would be possible without the unwavering support we have gotten from our customers.

I love boating and going to the beach with my children, attending their sporting events, and hosting backyard barbeques for our awesome group of friends, most of whom work for the business in one way or another!
ANDREA LOCKE
Co-Owner and Administrator
Andrea is the glue that makes the business run smoothly, she handles all billing and accounts receivable for the business.
​
She also gets called out during snow events to site manage, shovel, or just bring some soup to the employees while they are out in the cold for long periods of time. In addition to all of this ​Andrea handles some of our security checks in the Cape Ann area and assists with Property Management. Her background as an active duty officer makes her a perfect fit for this type of service!

Andrea has been a police officer for years and is currently a School Resource Officer a position she loves!
